ministers the Police Department, the At-torney-General, and the Minister of Justice. The result of these consultations is that the State Government iB maintaining an attitude of inactivity, Ministers stating that the next move must come from the Federal Government, Mr. Lang refused to make a statement as to the outcome of the day's discussions, but it is known that the disposition of Ministers is to allow the Federal authorities to act without the assistance of the State Government.
