HOLLINSIDE LEAVES PORT
MEN'S WAGES GUARANTEED.

AUCKLAND, 26th August. It is stated that the Hollinside's crew resumed work because the owners decided to concede the men's request, and that after the present charter has been completed the men will not have their wages reduced by £1 per month. At 4 o'clock the Hollinside sailed for" Nauru.
The steamer Maimyo arrived to-night from New York. Her crew are. on British articles. It is not known whether they will be affected by the strike.
