Following the publication of an official estimate of the Russian wheat crop as permitting the export of twelve million quarters, the cargo market is dull, and ther_e is 6d per quarter decline at 69s to 698 6d. Parcels ar» in moderate demand at 6d to 9d per quarter decline, at 68s Cd to 60b.
