The fortnightly meeting of the Loyal Antipodean Lodge, M.U., 1.0.0. F., was held on Tuesday evening, Bro. A. Hunter, N.G., presiding over a good attendance. One new member was initiated, and three new proposals for membership were received. Bro. G. D. Beharrell, }ecture master, reported on a meeting of lecture masters convened on behalf of the Wellington district, and explained various incidents i nconnection with the delivery of ritual etc. 'The solicitors m the estate of the late Bro. F. Buckforwarded a cheque for £100,. being a legacy left to the lodge by the fate brother,, with instructions to "be used in connection with the Distressed Members Fund. The lodge afterwards adjourned and cards and harmony, with supper. was indulged in, and a pleasant time was spent. Last AVednesday members visited the Loynl Combination Lodge at Johnsonville, where they receivel a cordial welcome. _ Games arid harmony were indulged in. and an excellent supper was enjoyed by all.
