TOURNEY.
The finals of the Wellington College annual -boxing competition were concluded on Friday night, when _ the winners were as follow: —Heavyweight, W. H. Carlson (12st 31b) beat A. L. Walker (12st 31b); middleweight, C. Barnes (list lib) beat W. Davys (lOst 111b); welterweight, S. P. M'Gregor (lOst 21b) beat F. Bell (lOst); lightweight, W. H. Neale (Bst 111b) beat J. M'Gavin (9st); featherweight, T. 0. Tutty (Bst 41b) beat W. J. Brittenden (7st 71b); bantamweight, B. A. Killing (6st 91b) beat B. Ogg (6st 71b); flyweight, L. B. Denby (sst 71b) beat R. C. Millard (6at). B. A. Killing, bantamweight, was awarded the Wellington Boxing Association's medal for the most scientific boxer of the tournament. The standard of the boxing this year was very high, and in consequence the competition was a most successful one. The Wellington Boxing Association supplied the officials, and kindly lent the pad and ring equipment.
