TRAMWAYS BAND.
The Wellington Tramways Band will give the second conceit of the season to-morrow evening, at 8.15 o'clock, in tho De Luxe Theatre. A fine pro- | gramme has been arranged, and patrons can be assured that they will receive an artistic and refined entertainment. The band items are all well chosen and of such a nature as to satisfy ail tastes. There will be vocal, instrumental, and elocutionary items also, and when such names as Signor Preboni Hanson, Master Desmond Lavin, Mr. Stanley *V;i.rvciek, and Miss 11. Power are appearing on the programme- patrons can lie assured that they are going to hone a very fino concert. Signor Preboni Tfansen, n tenor singer with a remarkable range, received his first engagement at the Royal Opera House, Copenhagen, in "Don Juan," in which he filled the title role, and since then ho has toured the world with marked success. Master Desmond Lavin is a lad of only sixteen years, but nil those who have board him agroii that ho is a. wonderful performer for his ;igt>, and has a great curcor before him."
