WELLINGTON'S SHARE
AT SOUTH SEAS EXHIBITION.
A deputation representative of. business men and interested bodies and associations waited upon the Mayor (Mr. C. B. Norwood) this morning to talk over Wellington's share, in ■ the British and South Seas Exhibition .it Dnnedin. Speakers pointed out that other provinces and centres were taking a ready and prominent part in the organisation of representative courts, and they advocated that Wellington should also bo ado qnately represented. Representations were made that the City Council should lend assistance by subsidising any such effort.
_ I he Mayor stated that he would placa the mailers mentioned before the council.
