TO TUB EDITOR. ' Sir,—Mr. WiHord asks whether it is true that Mr. E. P. Lee has been appointed Attorney-General and Leader of the Upper House. Sir Francis Bell says ho is not going to' appoint anyone to that place, but he does not say whether Mr. Lee is to bo * appointed to that Chamber, or whether the appointment has been discussed. Could yqu help us to get a definite answer to Mr. Wiliord's question?—l am, etc.,
