ROME, 23rd May.
It is reported that after Holy Year, the Pope will" hold a Consistory, in which, wishing to. demonstrate his gratitude for the splendid demonstration o£ faith from all parts of the world, he will appoint a number of foreign cardinals. Many names are mentioned, including those of Dr. Byrne, Archbishop of Dublin; Dr. O'Donnell, Archbishop of Armagh; and Dr. Mannix. The last two are to replace in the Sacred College the late Cardinals Logue and Moran.
