MELBOURNE,This Day. Two months ago a young and athletic Englishman arrived by the steamer Orama and sought information at the Immigration Bureau, giving his name as "Mi 1. B." He said ho would go out back and try his hand at things. After experience on a cattle farm in Gippsland and a wheat farm in the Mallee country, he has returned to town. It lias leaked out that the visitor, hiding his identity in plain clothes and heavy boots, is Lord Apsley, heir to the Earl of Bathurst. who came to Australia to represent the "Morning Post" at- the forthcoming Empire Press Conference, and is spending the intervening time in gathering first-hand information and experience.
