WANGANUI, This Day. The Wanganui Jockey Club's Winter Meeting is being continued to-day, in fine weather, and there is a big attendance. The track is in good order. Results :—
Balgownie Hack Handicap, of 200 soys; one mile and a distance.— Euphonium, 9.9, 1; Rangi Sarto, 7.4, 2; Rowley, 8.12, 3. All started. Won by a. neck. Time, 2min 4-ssec.
Rata Hack Hurdles, of 200 soys; one mile and a half.—Trespass, 10.0, T; Bonccto, 9.0, 2; Eonmark, 9.3, 3. Scratched : Mahia. Won by three lengths. Time, 2min 51 4-ssec. -
May Hurdles Handicap, of 350 soys.; one and three-quarter miles.—Comical, 11.0, 1; Black Art, 10.3, 2; Alaric, 11.3, 3. Scratched : Nukumai, Glen Canny. Won by six lengths. Time, 3min 19 1-Ssec.
