Doubts regarding the powers-of theArbitration Court to deregister a recalcitrant union under the Arbitratior Act are expressed by the Deputy-Presi-dent of the .Court, who has adjourned the application to deregister the Seamen's Union. It was agreed to state s case for judgment by-the High Court.
