LONDON, 21st -May. In the House of Commons, replying to a question whether -in view of statements in the Food Commission's report regarding the operation of trusts and combines, the Government proposed to introduce or facilitate legislation in that connection, Mr. Baldwin replied that the Ministerial programme was urgent and important. Ifc was so large that it was impracticable to enlarge it at present.
