(BI mrGRAPH^-PRESS ASSOCIATION.) TAUMARUNUI, This Day. Heavy rain has been experienced again. Since 7 o'clock last night two inches fell. The Wanganui River is now; 3ft 7in above normal, and rising fast. The Ongarue River is 2ft above normal.
