BRITANNIA THEATRE.
"The Hurricane- Kid" is the title of the Western action romance, now screening at the Britannia Theatre. It was produced by the Universal Pictures Corportation with the inimitable Hoot Gibson as the star. It is the story of a cowboy who roams from ranch to ranch, living mainly on dreams and the lure of adventure. He is rather fond of the ladies —at a distance —and the call of romance is strong in his heart. It isn't the conventional Western hero role, but a human sort of character who does human things throughout. There is plenty of action, thrills, and a great race, in addition to the human interest and comedy touches. It introduces Gibson's new horse, "Pal," in a splendid role. The supports are excellent.
