REGISTRATION OF TRADE MARK

Abel, of Wellington, recently came before the Registrar, who reserved his decision with regard to an opposition to the registration brought by H. Jamieson, of_ Dune-din. The mark is used upon shirts and pyjamas, and after a hearing extending over four days the Registrar reserved his decision/ Mr. Baldwin (Baldwin and Ray ward) appeared for the applicants, and Mr. Cornish (Robert Wales) for the opnouents.
