"THE CREATION."

Booking at The Bristol for the magnincent super-attraction, "The Creation," or "After Six Days," is eminently satisfactory. A pronouncedly successful season is thereby indicated for the famous 3,000,000-dollar film, which will commence at the Tivoli Theatre to-morrow afternoon, and be shown daily at 2 o'clock and at 7.30 p.m. Standing out like the very prophet himself at the head of an army of 11,000 actors, the biggest cast in screen history—is the distinguished Italian tragedian, Guido Guiducci, as Moses—a marvellous characterisation. Concerning Guidncci'a artistic portrayal, Walter D. Hickman, critic for the "Indianapolis Times," wrote:—"Rarely, if ever, do we see our ideals accurately portrayed. The most we can generally expect of any artist, no matter how great, is to give us a reasonably close approximation _ of our particular ideal. Time and again everyone has seen such poor depictions of great historical figures, that when an artist finally succeeds in giving an accurate picture of some great one, we are inclined to cheer. And so Guido Guidunci, an Italian actor, almost unknown, has accomplished the impossible. He has given us a wonderful characterisation of the Great Prophet and Law-giver." - Orchestral, choral, scenic, and lighting effects will enhance the unfolding of the film.
