CAPETOWN, 18th May. The Prince of Wales, when touring the Eastern Province, had everywhere. a splendid reception. At Grahamstown he took part in a "rag" by the students of Rhodes College. He was captured by a party disguised as Zulus in full war paint, and was rescued by another ambushed party of students.
