REFEREES' APPOINTMENTS,
The Otago Rugby Referees' Association is moving in the direction of having appointments of referees for interpnfymcial matches made by the local Referees Appointment Board. = A request that the matter be placed before the annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union was received at the last meetin""----o fthe executive of the New Zealand Keterees Association. It was pointed out at the meeting that the notice of motion should he brought forward by the local Rugby Union, that being the constitutional method of moving iov an I alteration. The.
