CHANGE-OVER APPEAL BOARD
The Mayor (Mr. E. A. Wright), wliilo speaking of the electrical change-over^ slated to-day that the council's assessor upon tho Appeal Board would be Mr. George Lauchlan, tho consumer having the right' to appoint any person he chose as his assessor; in many cases the consumer himself would appear. Tho procedure would be simply one of arbitration before a Stipendiary Magistrate.
