WORK CONTINUES
UNIONS LIKELY TO INTERVENE.

SYDNEY, 18th March. Work on the Volumnia continues.
The trolley and draymen's decision not to handle cargo is not disturbing the Commonwealth Line officials, as they have plenty oi non-union labour available. *
Another Commonwealth liner, the Eromanga, has been placed alongside the Volumnia to tranship her Melbourne and Adelaide cargo. It is considered that the unions will do their utmost to prevent her cargo, being handled at Melbourne and Adelaide.
The Moreton Bay sailed without trouble.
