VISIT TO NEW SOUTH WALES.

The offer of the New Zealand Rugby Union to send a team to New South Wales in the coming season was accepted at a recent meeting of the council of the New South Wales Rugby Union. It was stated that the side would leave the Dominion on the 4th June, and that .the programme of four matches would commence on the 13th June, and conclude on the 26th June. The opinion was held that form of New South Wales players in these matches would be a"n excellent guide to the State selectors, who would be later'called upon to choose a team to visit New Zealand.

From information which had been received it was considered certain that a team selected from England, Scotland, Ireland, and Wales would tour New South Wales and New Zealand next year, and that New South Wales would be inyited to send a team to "Great Britain and. France in 1927.
