The case of John Leslie Hanna, soff cifor of Paeroa, on an application by the Auckland Law Society to- have his name struck off the rolls, was. called again before the Appeal Court in Weilington this morning' The Chief Justice (Sir Kobert Stout) indicated that the Court thought that, as the case \ stood, there was no excuse possibls for what/ the solicitor had done, and he" would be. struck off the rolls.
