MELBOURNE, This Day. In the House of Representatives Dr. Earl Page announced that Commonwealth Treasury bills to the value of £3,000,000 would be issued in London today, of which £2,000,000 will have currency for three months at 3|- per cent, and £1,000,000 currency for four months at 4 per cent, discount.
