V.M.C.A. CARNIVAL
Opening1 a season of two nights at the Grand Opera House on Saturday, 11th inst,, is a gymnastic and physical culture display by members of Mr. J. A. Duffy's V.M.C.A. physical culture classes. 'No effort is being spared to make this entertainment an unqualified success. About 350 pupils, comprising ladies, men, girls and boys, will take part. The public are promised two evenings of educational interest combined with humour and beauty. There will be some charming scenas. including one ■ entitled "Chinatown, to be acted by members of. the boys' and girls' classes. This will be only one of twenty-one equally spectacular items. Intending patrons are advised to book early.
