BOXING CONTEST AT PETONE

The contest fo( the featherweight crown, v.\ch will be fought at the Palace Theatre, Petone, on Monday next between George Curran, holder of the title, and Bert Brown, the challenger. Brow_n has arrived in Petone to finish off his training, and has created a very favourable impression at the gymn. Curran, too, is reported to be in' first-class condition.
