ALL BLACKS
THE MATCH AGAINST SWANSEA VISITORS' ALL-ROUND ABILITY ACKNOWLEDGED. " (UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.—COPYRIGHT.) (P.UBLISRED -IN THE TIMES.) (Received 30th .September, .9 a.m.) ' LONDON, 29th September. The Rugby critic of "The Times" still, cautiously compares this year's NewZealand team'with the original All Blacks, but admits that in Saturday's game against Swansea they undoubtedly came nearer by comparison with their famous predecessors. It was true, how-' eyer, -that the opposition was appallingly , weak, and that the visitors had in fact no more than three or four first-class Rugby exponents against them; but even so if is' admitted that they demonstrated their all-i-Qund .ability. Moreover, even the most captious critic must admit that they proved one important thing, namely, that if the forwards can '. beat the opposing .seven fairly ._ and squarely, the backs can score tries in abundance, and score them brilliantly too._ The opening play ,of tjie 'match .against Swansea scarcely suggested the runaway- victory that follpwed, but the New Zealanders' .ascendancy quickly came, after which there'was hardly any match at all. It was a fact that the Swansea players looked more liko a team pt small boys chasing a team of masters.
