Default was fixed at seven days imprisonment.. For drunkenness, ne was convicted and discharged. For assaulting Constable Kenneally while in the execution o£ his duty Manasses Divver was fined £10, in default 14 days' imprisonment. Accused was permitted to pay the fine at the rate of £2 10s per week. n On a charge of vagrancy, James Parkin was fined £5, in default seven days' I imprisonment. J
