WELLINGTON CLUB,

The Wellington Harrier Club held tho filial^ run of tho season from Buna Bay on Saturday, when the members and its lady supporters were tho guests of Messrs. Hoso, Devereaux, and Jelly. After an onjoyablo"run to Day's Bay, "n handicap run, back to Roua Bay, resulted in a. win for H. Lyall, with .A. Hose and Peterson in that order. Afternoon tea was dispensed in the sit-ting-room, when the doings of tho season were freely discussed, and the captain wished the club evory success m the future. Cheers were given for those responsible for the outing. It was docided to hold a "wind-up" social evening .shortly, when trophies won during tho season will bo presented. Tho runin trophy for the season has been won by W. Lyall. It was resolved to support the Labour Day sports meeting.
