PERMANENT INCARCERATION.

Mr. Justice-Caverley sentenced Nathan Leopold and Richard Loeb to life imprisonment for the murder of Bobby1 Franks. \ The Judge imposed additional sentences" of • ninety-nine years each on the charge of kidnapping, to which the prisoners had pleaded guilty.
