SYDNEY, This Day. Writs have been issued on behalf of Alexander Hea.ly arid'" James Connors, railway employees, claiming £ICOO damages in each case for- alleged malicious prosecution, wrongful arrest, and false imprisonment, against Arthur William Buckley. .- .-;:
Buckley had warrants issued, without .the authority of the union, of which he was, secretary, for- the arrest of three members on charges of conspiracy to defraud the union. He was subsequently dismissed from office and expelled from the union for his action.
