THE SUMMER TIME BILL
As the House of Representatives was about to adjourn for tea, last evening. Mr. T. -K. Sidey (Dunedin South) asked if he might have the indulgence of the House to report on the Summer Time Bill, which Was referred .to a special Committee some days ago.
