, . • LONDON, 26th August., Mr. Jim L'arkin received an 'ovation on his return to Dublin from Moscow. Ho said the Third International had appointed twenty-five men, including himself, to govern' the world.
The Soviet army, he said, wrfs ready to march to the support of the, Irish workers, and Russian ships would shortly arrive in Dublin Harbour.
