SUPERANNUATION
FOR RAILWAY- OFFICERS. ■'
The superannuation question was discussed by the conference of the New Zealand Railway Officers' Institute to-day. , It was decided to set up a special committee of. members of the institute in Wellington, to endeavour to evolve a superannuation scheme for the benefit of widows and children, the special committee to report to the executive which will have power to act. ' '■ .
The conference reaffirmed the principle of full civil and political rights for State employees. ■'. . , -.".-■'
The" question of re-grading was before the conference' when the luncheon adjournment was. made.
