LONDON, 19th June. An analysis of the divisions shows that many Labour members abstained from voting. Five Labour members voted against the Government, namely, Dr. Haden Guest,. Major A. G. .Church, Mr. E. N. Rose, Mr. James Sexton, and Mr. D. C. Wallhead.

Fifteen Liberals voted for the resolutions, including General J. E: B. Seely, Sir Edward Grigg, and Sir William Sutherland.
