NEW PLYMOUTH'S WHARVES
(BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. At the Harbour Board meeting to-day the chairman announced that an agreement had been arrived at with the Railway Department, securing road access to the wharves, and providing ample accommodation for railway yards on the foreshore. Hitherto the department has had a _ monopoly on wharf, other traffic i being debarred.
