( (stdkei sim.cable:) 1 (Received 18th, June, noon.) , TOKIO, 17th June. 1 General Ugaki, Minister, of War, has prepared a plan to reduce the Army from twenty to fourteen- divisions w-ith- ; out reducing .its'/ numerical strength, j thus saving thirty million yen, which he proposes to transfer to the Air and -Chemical services.
