By adding at the end of tlie sec(s°)° (6? |7 7 n^_? ew sub-sections (4), (4) That any application- for a new ■license or for a renewal of any existing license1; shall be accompanied by a certificate of _ registration, or renewal of such certificate, as issued by the Department of Agriculture (5) Every, person who shall be ■ licensed under this section shall be required either to vend the milk himself, or, m the alternative, it shall be vended .by a servant eolely employed' by him, and. the licensee-may not employ any agent other than such sole employee to vend his milk. ■ (6) No person licensed to sell milk under this section .shall sell the s£ne either personally "or by agent from any place, shop, or dairy in the city mtuate elsewhere than at the dairy or farm at which tha milk is produced, provided that nothing in this eubsection shall be construed to limit the right of such person to sell milk from his own vehicle. , . ■ (7) Every person licensed under this , seotion shall, on. request of an Inspec-' tor appointed under this Act, product to such Inspector for. examination and for the Purpose of making copies or hf £L S un by him or on j. his behalf pursuant to the provisions of this section. , .
