BYLAW CASES
Breaches cE the bylaws were dealt with by Mr. C. R. Orr-Walker, S.-U., at the Magistrate's Court yesterday afternoon. v Permitting stock to wander cost Agnes Pratt 10s and costs. Breaches of the motor bylaws were dealt with as follow :—Driving in a manner dangerous to the public, Herman Arthur Smith, £2 and costs; employing unlicensed driver, Fitzgerald and Pearce, costs only, 7s ,• driving without license, Frederick Samuel Handley, costs only, 7s; cars unlimited, lav F. Johnston and George Swensson, each 10s; Thomas Lawrence Roy King ss, and costs 7s. Samuel F. Wright, for cutting a corner, was fined £1 and costs.
