MR. A. BUTZBACH'S MODEL BAKERY.
Main Street, Palmerston N. This old-established business has come to the fore of recent years. Mi-. Butzbach, the present proprietor, has considerably popularised the establishment by means of the high-class quality of his bread and smallgoads. Everyone who wants the- best always asks for Butzbach bread. It is delivered to every part of the borough and district, as well as being on sale at depots in convenient centres. The business has long . since been known as the Model Bakery, and -without fear of contradiction the name also applies to this bakery. In every sense of the term it is a model, and one that might well be taken as a pattern for others in the trade. An inspection of the premises at almost any time at once impresses the visitor with •the1 scrupulous cleanliness observed on every hand, and it certainly would be ! impossible _to find in tho Dominion a ' fcetter' equipped or more hygienic bread factory. The fine new brick bakehouse was erected in 1921, and is constructed entirely of brick, and with floors of: concrete, which makes it immune from ' the ravages of vermin, a, rather important point where human food is being supplied. The model bakehouse measures 54 by 58 feet on the ground floor, i and 25 by 40 feet on the second floor, J each being divided up into compartments necessary for the conduct of this up-to-date bakery, the output of which comprises fifteen hundred leaves per ■ (lay, besides small goods of nil descriptions. When you come to settle; in l'alriierslon North take up your abode :.r. Terrace JOml, and patronise Uutzbiu-li bread, which for quiUily « not excelled in any part of tho Dominion.
