PEKIN, 15th June. The city of Kweilin has been closely besieged for over three months. Twenty British and American missionaries are stationed there. It is reported that the population is in the last stages of famine, and no news of the missionaries has been received. _ The Foreign Office states that four missionaries were captured while trying to Teach Kweilin from Wuchow. They started against official advice, and walked open-eyed into a bandit lair.
