MONEY FOR GISBORNE
HARBOUR BOARD'S LOAN.
(W TELEGRAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION.) GISBORNE, This Day. The Gisborne Harbour Board to-day accepted an offer of a loan from London of £250,000, being the first instalment of the loan of £750,000, authorised two years ago by the ratepayers.
