RAILWAYS STRIKE
EXPECTED TO BE AT FULL CAPACITY TO-DAY.

LONDON", 13th June. ■ While the unofficial strike of railway shopmen has collapsed, the strike is not yet ended as far as concerns the shopmen belonging to the four ■ craft nnions, namely, the Electrical Trades "Union, the vehicle builders, and blacksmiths and amalgamated engineering unions, ivho will decide to-night whether they will return to work or continue on' strike. Meanwhile, the underground service, it is officially stated, is 50 per cent, normal, and is expected to be at full strength by to-morrow.
