SUICIDE THROUGH POVERTY

MELBOURNE, 13th June. Facts disclosed in connection with the deaths of Alberto Pasqualin and Louise Vivier, as a result of drinking a dru<*, indicate that they had como to the end of their financial resources, and that the man took his life in fear of poverty, and was followed by his despairing companion. Pasqualin left a letter expressing his deep love for Louise Vivier, adding: "But I must go. It is for the best." Miss Vivier had ah engagement as a dancer at a Melbourne music hall.
