The Working Men's Club has received 24 entries for its annual sealed handicap draughts tourney. "With such wellknown players as Messrs. Leggatt, Burgess, Chive, Costello, and Manson taking part, the contest promises to be about the best thaj, the club has conducted since its chess and "draughts activities were put on an organised basis in-ahe yew 1888.
