DUNEDIN, This Way. iho collection in aid of the widow and children of T. W. O'Connell, the ridei who met his death at the-Wingatui races, now totals well over £500. The Dunedin Jockey Club gave £100, the stewards personally subscribed £50, and Mr. h. C. Hasilett gave £50. M'Kay, who was injured' on Saturday, is still on the dangerously ill list.
