MINISTERS' ASSOCIATION
The annual meeting of the Wellington Ministers' Association was held at the V.M.C.A. yesterday afternoon. The Rev. A. T. Thompson, secretary of the British and Foreign Bible Society, waited on the meeting and solicited interest in the coming mission of Dr. Ritson, general secretary in London, who would be Visiting New Zealand during the present month. Arrangements in connection with the Gypsy ("Pat") Smith mission were discussed, and it was decided to hold a special meeting on Monday afternoon next to consider the matter. Officers were elected as follow :—President, the Rev. F. E. Harry; vice-presi-dent, the Rev. J. H. M'Kenzie; secretary and treasurer, the Rev. Dr. J. T. Pinfold; assistant-secretary, Rev. C. G. Harrison; members of executive the Rev. W. M. Holland, 8.A,, and ■Major Hames (of the Salvation Army).
