BERLIN, 15th March, -the Geneva correspondent of "The Daily Express" says £hat Professor Zhnmern told the League of Nations that the mark would shortly be stabilised. ■ The world would be surprised how soon Germany would riso to a position to be able to pay reparations.
Professor A. E. Zimmern was professor of International Politics in University College, "Wales, and now holds the Chair of Political Science in Cornell University.
