MUNICH TREASON TRIALS
FINED FOR CONTEMPT OF COURT.

At the Munich treason trial yon Lossow was fined 10 rentenmarks for contempt of Court in walking out of the room, following an outburst by Hitler, who accused him of breaking his word. Yon Lossow later sent a curt letter refusing to testify any further. The solicitors for the defendants demandod the issue of a warrant against yon Lossow. | The President ordered yon Lossow to pay a fine of 50 gold marks, with the alternative of five days' imprisonment. Nothing was said about compelling him to appear.
