Yon Lossow later sent a curt letter refusing to testify any further. The solicitors for the defendants demandod the issue of a warrant against yon Lossow. | The President ordered yon Lossow to pay a fine of 50 gold marks, with the alternative of five days' imprisonment. Nothing was said about compelling him to appear.
