NEW GREEK CABINET
NO TIME FOR PLEBISCITE.

ATHENS, 9th March. Al. Papanastassiou said that he was endeavouring to form a Cabinet, including politicians of all shades in the present Assembly. The new Government's programme will include the overthrow of the Dynasty by the Assembly without a plebiscite, the question of • a change of constitution to be settled by a plebiscite at a more opportune moment than the present. It has been arranged that M. Venizelos is to leave Greece on 10th March (to-day) via Brindisi.
